A New Approach to Speaking and Emceeing Differently...thanks to Acting!

Last year I tried something new - acting. Yes, acting! Wellness takes many forms and can look different from one person to another. Being happy is critical to living well and being well. Lately, what's been making me happy has come in the form of this new (ad)venture of acting. Sometimes new ventures are personal and enriching. Acting has definitely gotten me out of my comfort zone, but it's been fun. It's also elevated my emceeing and speaking skills...another huge plus!

For the record, acting is indeed work. nd the work I'm putting in is helping me approach the way I share information and engage audiences differently. Acting is definitely a challenge, but I'm finding enjoyable and most certainly worth while. So much so that despite the work involved, I'm keeping it on my self care list. Self care is not a 'one size fits all,' but so far acting has been a good fit for me. Get out and enjoy what's good for you!
